The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting our production environment. This issue began at 03/25/2022 15:15 UTC and was resolved at 03/25/2022 15:30 UTC. During this disruption period, end users may have been unable to access certain aspects of the Pardot Web Application.

The issue became a performance degradation at 03/25/2022 15:30 UTC and was resolved at 03/25/2022 15:50 UTC. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
