Unable to Provision New Accounts In Production Environment

Resolved
The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting new Pardot accounts within our production environment. This issue began on July 13th at 16:03 UTC and was resolved on July 20th at 13:19 UTC. New customers that had been affected by the issue are now able to send email. Existing customers were unaffected.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Investigating
The Salesforce Technology team have identified a service disruption affecting new Pardot accounts within our production environment. This issue has been ongoing since July 13th at 4:03 PM UTC and during this disruption period, new Pardot accounts would be unable to send emails. Pre-existing accounts are unaffected.

We're investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
