Pardot is investigating an incident with email bounces from some groups of external addresses that affected customer prospects between 22:30 UTC on 12/14 and 00:15 UTC on 12/16. During this time, customers sending email to affected addresses may have received false positive bounces, resulting in the prospect being marked as unmailable. Our engineers are working on identifying all of the affected prospects and providing customers with that information in the app.
