Resolved
The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting Engagement Studio and Automations processing within our production environment. This issue began at 0950 UTC on May 3, 2022, and was resolved at 1630 UTC on May 6, 2022. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal.

The Salesforce Technology team has implemented a fix to the performance degradation affecting Engagement Studio and Automations processing within our production environment. This issue began at 0950 UTC on May 3rd, 2022. Users can access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some asynchronous processing may be delayed.

Systems have recovered and processing has resumed. Processing backlogs have cleared for Automations.

Engagement Studio has worked through roughly half of the total backlog accumulated during this incident. Until completely caught up, a subset of users may observe delays.
