The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting background processing within our production environment. This issue began at 15:50 UTC on 24 August 2022 and was resolved at 17:55 UTC on 24 August 2022. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but the processing of Engagements Studio programs and Automations was delayed for a subset of customers.
