Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but Email Sending delays would have been experienced for a subset of customers.

This issue began originally at 2023-04-26 15:05 UTC and appeared resolved. However, the impact returned as of 2023-04-27 00:25 UTC. Users can access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but Email Sending delays may be experienced for a subset of customers.
