The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting our demo/sandbox environment. This issue began at 18:58 UTC and was resolved at 19:24 UTC today. During this disruption period, end users who tried to access an Account Engagement sandbox or demo account through their Salesforce Org were unable to access certain aspects of the affected service.
