The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting frontend services within our production environment. This issue began on 03/30/2023 at 10:58 UTC and was resolved on 03/30/2023 at 11:54 UTC. Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
