Update: The Pardot application is still fully available since the recovery at 11:10 UTC. The Salesforce Technology team is continuing to monitor the state of the application, but all Pardot functionality is in a normal status at this time. We apologize for the earlier service disruption.

Update: The Pardot application is available again as of 11:10 UTC. The Salesforce Technology team is continuing to investigate to determine if there are any further performance degradations. Some page load times may be slower than normal. We are actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience while we continue to address the issue.

The Salesforce Technology team is currently investigating a service disruption impacting Pardot all accounts as of 10:35 UTC. During a service disruption, end users are unable to access the Pardot service. Updates will be posted here as new information becomes available.
