Email sending delays for some customers
Incident Report for Account Engagement
The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting Email Sending for a portion of our customers within our production environment. This issue began at 15:00 UTC on Aug 23rd and was resolved at 10:25 UTC on Aug 24th. During this disruption period, email sending for the affected customers would have been delayed. In addition, a small percentage of those emails failed to send. Customers affected by this incident will be notified through in-app communication about the emails that were not sent with recommendations on how to handle those.
