The Salesforce Technology team has identified a performance degradation affecting Engagement Studio Reporting within our production environment. We have identified the issue and have mitigated the cause. Processing is currently catching up from the delay. This issue began at 16:10 UTC. Users can access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but Reporting on Engagement Studio sends and other actions may be delayed.

We’re monitoring the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
