Update
The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting Email Sending within our production environment. This issue began at 15:50 UTC and was resolved at 18:25 UTC on May 16th, 2022. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but Email Sending may have been delayed for some customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Salesforce Technology team has identified a performance degradation affecting Email sending for a subset of our customers within our production environment. This issue began at 3:56PM UTC. Users can access the Pardot Web Application during this degradation period, but email send may be delayed.

We're investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
