Resolved
The Salesforce Technology team discovered and resolved a full service disruption for Pardot Accounts in the demo/sandbox environment (pi.demo.pardot.com). The incident started at 23:06 UTC and resolved with full service restored as of 23:15 UTC.

During the incident, Pardot users for Pardot Sandboxes were unable to use the Pardot UI however API and public marketing content was not impacted.
