The Salesforce Technology team has identified a service degradation affecting email sending within our production environment for some customers. This issue began at 2025 UTC. During this degradation period, customers may see delays in emails being scheduled or received.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and are taking remediation steps to improve our ability to successfully schedule and send emails on behalf of our customers.
