Resolved
The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting the Pardot Web Application for a subset of our customers within our production environment. This issue began at 16:38 UTC and was resolved at 17:25 UTC on February 28, 2022. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal performance.
