Activity that would have caused program actions or rules to execute between 0700 UTC October 15 and 1600 UTC October 16 may still be delayed. Additionally, triggers and actions with expired wait periods may still be delayed. Engineers are continuing to investigate root cause and are working around the clock to ensure all programs are caught up as quickly as possible.
