Load Balancer Failure in Production
Incident Report for Account Engagement
Between 11:32 PM UTC and 11:37 PM UTC, issues affecting a load balancer in the Production environment were observed.

Impact was an initial burst at 23:32 PM UTC where up to 12% of requests failed for some services, then from 23:33 PM UTC to 23:37 PM UTC, error rates decreased from 5% down to 0%.

The load balancer was automatically removed from DNS which resolved the incident.
