Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team can confirm that all Pardot services are operational. Impact has been deemed resolved as of 2:20 AM UTC 2021-05-12. During the incident duration, a subset of customers may have experienced impact to login and API authentication. Additionally sync activity between Pardot and Salesforce may have been impacted. We apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
