During this disruption period, affected end users were unable to save new content using the affected service.

Systems have recovered and processing has resumed. Processing backlogs have cleared for Automations.

Engagement Studio has worked through roughly half of the total backlog accumulated during this incident. Until completely caught up, a subset of users may observe delays.
