Resolved - Resolved - From 06:05 to 06:25 UTC The Salesforce Technology team began investigating intermittent Pardot service disruption impacting Pardot accounts and forms, landing pages, and public content. During the service disruption, end users would have been unable to access the Pardot service.

From 06:25 UTC to 08:20 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team monitored the Pardot service for any performance degradation with background job processing and email sending.

At this time, service disruption issues has been resolved and full service has been restored. Please contact Support at http://success.pardot.com if you encounter any further issues. We sincerely regret any inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this incident.

Resolved - Pardot Public Cloud migration maintenance was completed as of Sat Jun 16, 2018 7:00 PM EDT. Job processing is fully operational and at this time full service has been restored. Please contact Support at http://success.pardot.com if you encounter any issues.

Update - We are extending our maintenance window until 7:00 PM EDT. While the primary maintenance is complete job processing is still delayed while the Pardot team completes the migration.

Update - We have now cut over so that our Public Cloud instance is handling customer traffic. Validation of the new environment is ongoing.

During the service disruption, end users would have been unable to access these assets and a subset of users may have been temporarily unable to access the Pardot service.
