The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption impacting a subset of Pardot accounts from 14:47 to 15:53 UTC. During this time the Pardot application was unavailable. As of 15:53 UTC the issue has been resolved and the application is available to all users.

Monitoring - Update: The Pardot application has recovered and is still fully available since 10:20pm UTC. The Salesforce Technology team is continuing to monitor the state of the application, but all Pardot functionality is in a normal status at this time. We apologize for the earlier service disruption.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team is currently investigating a service disruption impacting Pardot accounts as of 10:10 p.m. GMT. During a service disruption, end users are unable to access the Pardot service. Updates will be posted here as new information becomes available.
